The proposed solution

Our client tasked us with constructing an industry-leading, elite team of onshore IDAM experts, ranging from functional skills to technical architecture. The team would be instrumental in vendor selection (SailPoint & CyberArk), resource planning, IGA re-platforming, migrating all infrastructure to PAM, and designing and implementing 380+ applications. This initiative scaled across multiple business units and various technical areas, including security, infrastructure, and apps. The proposed and selected engagement model allowed for a “co-managed” approach, giving the customer complete visibility of the incremental success of the overall programme.

The results

The team built the IAM transformation program from the ground up, delivering segregation of duties in just 12 weeks. Over 21 projects were established, with progress tightly governed by our proprietary reporting platform. Outcomes included deploying a new global IGA platform, more robust joiner/mover/leavers processes, automation of provisioning, and a new target operating model.
